EIT Tax Commission Application

On Tuesday, February 18, 2025, the Dover Area School Board of Directors approved the formation of a tax commission. The first step is finding volunteers to serve on the commission. Please see the attached application if you are interested in participating!

REMINDER: Tax Study Commission: Public Comments and Statements

On May 15, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., the Tax Study Commission will accept public comments and statements about the community's thoughts on raising the earned income tax. The Commission understands that increasing the earned income tax could impact the residents' property taxes through the homestead/farmstead credit. The meeting will be held at the District Administration offices located at 101 Edgeway Road, Dover, PA 17315.
