On August 12, 2025, the Dover Area School District Board of Directors met with Dr. Rina Houck, Superintendent, and determined that she has successfully met her 2024-2025 Objective Performance Standards.

2024-2025 Objective Performance Standards:

• Initiate Hiring of Assistant Superintendent 
• Launch Public Relations Campaign
• Finalize and Distribute Annual Report
• Draft Professional Development Plan
