Submission of Documentation

Please note: Until further notice:

  • Interior usage requests: The Dover Area School District asks anyone submitting a facilities usage request for usage of interior spaces submit a written statement, coupled with the application, as to how your organization plans to adhere to the DASD Health and Safety Plan as well as acknowledging you have fully read and understand the Plan. Additionally, please know that the Plan is a fluid document and may be modified to accommodate for any new guidance the district receives.
  • Exterior usage requests: The Dover Area School District asks anyone submitting a facilities usage request for usage of exterior spaces submit a written statement, coupled with the application, stating you have read, acknowledge, and will comply with the DASD Health and Safety Plan, should it be necessary. please know that the Plan is a fluid document and may be modified to accommodate for any new guidance the district receives.
